(1) Scope

1.1 These terms and conditions apply to all business relationships between consumers and BAGGYLUXE e. U. (Aufeld 17, 4263 Windhaag bei Freistadt, Austria), which are initiated through the BAGGYLUXE e. U. online boutique ( The version valid at the time of the respective conclusion of the contract and accessible to the customer is decisive.

1.2 "Consumer" within the meaning of these terms and conditions is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for a purpose that can be attributed neither to their commercial nor your independent professional activity.

(2) Prices

2.1 For the items ordered in the BAGGYLUXE e. U. online boutique, only the prices displayed in the shopping cart immediately before submitting the order apply. The prices of the products offered for sale in our online store are inclusive of taxes, but exclusive of additional costs (e.g. shipping costs and customs duties), which must be indicated separately. Shipping costs are not included in this price and will be displayed separately in the ordering process.

2.2 For sales contracts between BAGGYLUXE e. U. and the customer, the total amount payable, including shipping costs, is due immediately.

3.2 By placing the products in the online store, we do not make a binding offer to conclude a contract for this article, but only a non-binding invitation to the consumer to order goods. By ordering the desired goods, the consumer makes a binding offer for him to conclude a purchase contract. 

3.3 You can put our products  in our online store initially without obligation in the shopping cart and correct your entries before sending your binding order at any time by using the correction tools provided and explained for this purpose in the ordering process. The contract is concluded by clicking the order button to accept the offer of the goods contained in the shopping cart. 

3.4 By clicking the "Pay Now" button to complete the ordering process, you are making an offer to enter into a purchase contract with BAGGYLUXE e. U..

3.5 We will confirm receipt of your order both on the subsequent website and to you by e-mail. You will receive in this order E- mail the order summary, the purchase price, their customer information, your billing address, shipping method, which payment method was used. In this order e-mail are the terms and conditions and the cancellation policy as a pdf attached. The terms and conditions can also be viewed at any time at

3.6 Your order data will be stored by us. If you wish to keep them, please print out the confirmation page.

3.7 BAGGYLUXE e. U. is entitled to refuse your order in whole or in part due to unexpected delivery difficulties or a negative credit check. Within three working days after becoming aware of such circumstances, we will inform you by e-mail. If you have already made advance payments on the undelivered goods, we will of course refund them to you.

3.8 The contract between BAGGYLUXE e. U.  and you is concluded when we ship the ordered items to you and inform you of this by e-mail. We are obligated to accept or reject the contractual offer contained in the order within a period of seven working days. Saturdays are not considered working days. No purchase contract is concluded for products from one and the same order that are not listed in the shipping confirmation.

(4) Retention of title

4.1 We retain title to the goods until full payment of the purchase price. You are obliged to treat the goods with care during the existence of the retention of title. You shall inform us immediately in writing of any access to the goods by third parties, in particular of enforcement measures, as well as of any damage to or destruction of the goods.

4.2 We shall be entitled to withdraw from the contract and demand the return of the goods in the event of any breach of contract by you, in particular in the event of default of payment.


(5) Terms of delivery and transfer of risk

BAGGYLUXE e. U. ships all in-stock items immediately upon receipt of your order. Therefore, the delivery time is 1-3 business days or 5 -10 business days abroad.

Delivery costs may be added to the displayed product prices. Further information on the applicable shipping costs are explained in the individual product offers. We do not deliver to packing stations.

(6) Payment

In the BAGGYLUXE  e.U. online boutique you can pay as follows:

Credit card, Klarna invoice, Klarna installment purchase, Sofortüberweisung,  Prepayment, Apple/ Google/ Shop Pay and eps- transfer or gift voucher. More details on the individual payment methods can be found under payment options.

If the debt collection fails, the customer has to reimburse BAGGYLUXE e. U. for the additional costs incurred, as far as he is responsible for the failure. Bank details for transfers from foreign credit institutions:

We reserve the right, under certain conditions, to offer only a selection of the above payment options for the order.

In cooperation with Klarna Bank AB (publ), Sveavägen 46, 111 34 Stockholm, Sweden, we offer the following payment options. Payment will be made to Klarna in each case:

The use of the payment methods invoice, installment purchase and direct debit requires a positive credit check. In this respect, we forward your data to Klarna for the purpose of address and credit assessment as part of the purchase initiation and processing of the purchase contract. (7) Contractual language

7.1 German is exclusively available as contractual language.

7.2 The General Terms and Conditions may be available in languages other than German. In the event of any inconsistency or conflict between the German Terms and Conditions and the BAGGYLUXE Terms and Conditions available in another language, the most current German version of the Terms and Conditions available at shall prevail.

(8) Warranty

8.1 BAGGYLUXE e. U. is known for the highest quality, reliability of its products with reference to the respective descriptions. Each item is thoroughly checked by quality control and for authenticity.  

We do not give any commercial guarantees to our customers.

8.2 BAGGYLUXE e. U. is not liable for slightly negligent breaches of duty, provided that these do not affect damages arising from injury to life, limb or health or any guarantees granted or claims under the Product Liability Act are affected. This also applies to breaches of duty of any vicarious agents.

(9) Gift cards

9.1 Delivery of Gift Cards

Please fill in the correct details of the person you wish to receive the gift. We will not be liable for any incorrect, inaccurate or out-of-date details provided by you when purchasing the Gift Voucher. We will not be liable for any failed or incorrect delivery resulting from these reasons. It is your responsibility to ensure that the information about the recipient is complete, accurate and up to date.

9.2 Validity of the Gift Cards

The Gift Card is valid for three years from the date of purchase. 

9.3 If the Gift Card is lost, stolen or used in an unauthorised and unauthorised manner, we will not be responsible for it.

If you purchase products from us using the Gift Card and return that product, the refund for the value of the Gift Card will be credited to your account and redeemed against a future order. The balance/differential amount will be refunded to the same payment method you used to purchase the product.

(10) Selection of law / jurisdiction 

For the case of legal disputes arising from this contract, Austrian law shall apply exclusively and the contracting parties submit to the jurisdiction of the competent court of the city of Freistadt and waive any other ordinary jurisdiction. 

 (11) Online Dispute Resolution

You can also send any complaints to the e-mail address given above. We are not willing to participate in out-of-court dispute resolution procedures before a consumer dispute resolution body.
