For standard deliveries within Austria, we ship with Post AT. The delivery time is about 1-3 business days.
If desired, an express shipping can also be selected, but this is associated with additional costs and will be displayed in the checkout.
If shipping costs are incurred, they will be calculated at checkout.
We ship the goods only insured, with tracking and tracing and provide you with the information of course.

RETURN and REFUND
Of course! You can return your order within 14 days after receipt of the goods under the conditions of the terms and conditions without giving reasons. The return is to the following address:

If you wish to return an item, then you must notify us by email.
Please return the item, insured for value, at your expense.
Pack the product back into the BAGGYLUXE box in its original condition (dust bag/dust bag).
The item must be returned with our security label intact. Please make sure the item has not been used.
BAGGYLUXE e. U. will not refund the shipping costs of the return.
We do not give any commercial guarantees to our customers. We only guarantee the authenticity of all handbags sold. We cannot give guarantees on the durability of the materials. For more information, please see our terms and conditions.

BAGGYLUXE offers good quality used products in our high quality online boutique at BAGGYLUXE.COM. We do not produce or manufacture these products, but resell these products through our store and are therefore not subject to VAT.
BAGGYLUXE COMMISSION | PURCHASE
When you sell your handbag with BAGGYLUXE, you will receive up to 80% of the selling price of your luxury handbag. Our commission prices are among the most attractive on the market.
- After the successful sale of your item up to a sale price of € 1.000 you will receive 60% of the sale price.
- Over a selling price of € 1.001 to € 5.000 you will receive a custom quote that will bring you up to 80% of the selling price.
- Above a sales price of € 5,001 you receive up to 80% of the sales price.
BAGGYLUXE offers you the best service. BAGGYLUXE takes care of the whole selling process of your item.
After we have received your request via the sales form or also via eMail, we will send you a link to pay the handling fee of € 30 via the online store. After that you send us insured your handbag with all accessories (if available) to our business address in 4263 Windhaag bei Freistadt, Aufeld 17, Austria.

You cannot view your desired product on site, as the products are not located in our business premises. The accuracy is 99.3% and each certificate is backed by a financial guarantee.
Please allow at least 24 hours for authentication. The exception is Hermès Premium items, which can take up to 48 hours.
