Shipping
Shipping of your order within the EU will be placed insured and will be calculated at checkout if a shipping charge applies and/or is indicated. If you order outside the EU, local customs duties and import taxes may apply. Prices are shown excluding duties and taxes, these are your responsibility. For a more accurate calculation, please contact your local customs office.

Express shipping
We also offer an express shipping option. Orders received and paid for by BAGGYLUXE e. U. Onlineshop from MO - Fr by 10:00am will be delivered the next working day. (no Saturday delivery)
Please note that this service incurs more costs. The express shipping option will be displayed at checkout and the rate for it will be visible.

Delivery time
Within Austria our delivery time is 1 - 3 working days. Outside Austria the delivery time is approx. 5 - 10 working days after receipt of payment. Please note that the delivery time depends on the shipping partner in the destination country. As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive an e-mail with your tracking number.

Returns
​​​​​​​If, contrary to expectations, you do not like your ordered item despite the detailed descriptions and detailed photos, you are entitled to the statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days. If you wish to return the goods, please contact us by e-mail. You will bear the direct costs of returning the goods and undertake to send the package insured for the full amount corresponding to the value of the goods. Please note that this modality is not a prerequisite for the effective exercise of the right of withdrawal.
